VAIL OFFICIAL REPORT: 8 inches of new snow in the 24 hours as of 4:49 a.m.

VAIL DAILY FIELD REPORT: Another few inches of new snow fell after the 4:49 a.m. report., and the west side of the mountain feels like it received more than the area from where Vail’s report was taken.

CONDITIONS: Snowing

SNOWCAST: The National Weather Service says the snowfall will stop tomorrow and then start up again on Sunday.
