Report: Vail Daily reporter John LaConte conducts moving interviews with competitors in the first of Avon’s 5-week summer Dunk ‘N Dash run/swim biathlon series. Competitors swim one mile in Nottingham Lake and run 5 kilmoeters around the lake. The Dunk ‘N Dash will take place every Monday through August 4.
