Palmerosa Ranch Hearing set for Monday, July 18, 2005
On Monday, July 18, 2005 the Board of County Commissioners will be conducting a site visit followed by a second special hearing for the Palmerosa Ranch Subdivision Sketch Plan proposal.
The Palmerosa Ranch is located at 887 Lake Creek Road and consists of 43.689 acres and is zoned Agricultural-Limited.
As currently proposed the request is to subdivide the subject property into a total of seven (7) single-family residential lots with one caretaker’s unit.
Each of the seven (7) lots will encompass a minimum of five (5) acres. On June 13th during the first Board hearing on this matter, direction was provided to the applicant to reduce the density, cluster the home sites and pursue tying into the public water and sewer systems to serve the project.
The specific time of the up-coming site visit is yet to be determined. For more information please contact Bob Narracci, Planning Manager at (970) 328-8750.
