Join local author and artist Helen Hiebert on Wednesday, August 27th at 5:30 p.m. in the Vail Public Library community room for a paper workshop to create your own "brag book.â Whether it is photos from your summer vacation or the newest addition to your family, Helenâs mini-photo albums will be a memorable keepsake or gift.
