Parade, charity drive is Saturday in Minturn

MINTURN, Colorado – The Minturn Christmas Magic Parade and Charity Drive is Saturday.
Come see local businesses show their holiday spirit, along with the famous Lawn Chair Precision Team, and, of course, Mr. and Mrs. Claus will be there.
The parade is from 12-12:30 p.m. Participants will include Battle Mountain Resort, Minturn Police, Lawn Chair Precision Team, NRC Broadcasting, Eagle-Vail Animal Hospital, Frank Lorenti and family, Minturn Anglers, Jayded, Main St. Salon, Jerry Sibley Plumbing, Eagle River Fire and Protection District, The Turntable, the town of Minturn, Nova Guides, Johnies Garden and Lafarge.
The Santa visit and charity drive is from 12:30-1:30 p.m. at Minturn Music Bring any non-perishable food item or unwrapped teen toy to benefit the Salvation Army. Bring teen gift items such as watches, scarves, hoodies, gloves and non-perishable food such as canned items, pasta, spaghetti sauce (no glass jars) and boxed food.
