Parking no longer free in Vail

VAIL ” You’ll have to pay to park in the Vail Village and Lionshead garages starting Friday, when Vail Mountain opens.

Drivers, however, won’t be charged peak-season rates until more terrain opens on Vail Mountain.

Parking passes are on sale from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. Monday through Friday at the lower level of the Town of Vail Municipal Building.
