Artist and rodeo cowboy Bradley Chance Hays will be painting live at the library in The Sebastian Hotel, 16 Vail Road, from 3 to 6 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13, and Sunday, Feb. 14. As of December, Hays ranked fifth in world rodeo standings in tie-down calf roping and in January competed in the International Professional Rodeo Finals in Oklahoma. Since then, Hays has spent night and day training several horses and developing 20 new paintings.
