Photo: ‘Cowspiracy’ screens in Eagle as part of Sustainable Film Series

Special to the Daily
The Sustainable Community Film Series, a project of Walking Mountains Science Center, continues Tuesday, April 19, with a screening of “Cowspiracy: The Sustainability Secret” at 6:30 p.m. at The Dusty Boot in Eagle. The series is intended to raise awareness and encourage community dialogue about environmental, economic and social issues afflicting our world, and this film seeks to understand why the country’s largest environmental organizations are not talking about the issue of livestock. There’s a $5 suggested donation at the door. Email melissak@walkingmountains.org for more information, or visit www.walkingmountains.org/films or www.cowspiracy.com.
