The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek will host the latest event in its Masters of Food and Wine series on Thursday, July 7, featuring craft cocktails with Woody Creek Distillers, based out of Basalt. The series offers diners the opportunity to engage with industry experts and wine and spirit connoisseurs as they discuss and share food and drink pairings alongside some of 8100 Mountainside Bar & Grill's newest menu creations. Other events in the series include Wine 101 with Susie Mayr (July 14), a visit from Oskar Blues Brewery (July 21), Craggy Range Winery with winemaker Matt Stafford (July 28), Eagle's own 7 Hermits Brewery (Aug. 4), Champagne and sparkling wines with Taittinger (Aug. 11), New Belgium Brewing Co.
