Kelly Lemon/Special to the DailyThird- through fifth-graders in the Youth Foundation's Little Chefs of Vail program learn to make kabocha squash ravioli with a beet and goat cheese sauce Thursday at Cima at the Westin Riverfront Resort and Spa. They also made a salad scramble and took it home to their families.
