Colorado roots rock band The Laughing Bones Trio, with special guests Rob Eaton Jr., of the Drunken Hearts, and Ryan Sapp, of the Pete Kartsounes Band, will play the evening concert from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m. at Vail Oktoberfest on Friday, Sept. 11, in Lionshead Village. Other Oktoberfest events slated for Friday include music from Walter’s Austrian Swiss Connection, the Polka Chops Band and Helmut Fricker and the Rhinelanders, plus the Oktoberfest Opening Ceremony and a stein-lifting competition.
