Photo: Original recipe bluegrass with The Kitchen Dwellers at Vail Ale House

Special to the Daily
The Kitchen Dwellers will play the Vail Ale House on Friday, April 8. The Bozeman, Montana-based bluegrass band Kitchen Dwellers — Torrin Daniels on banjo and vocals, Max Davies on acoustic guitar, Jesse Butler on fiddle, Joe Funk on bass and vocals and Shawn Swain on mandolin — bring their acoustic picking and songwriting to the stage with electrically manipulated textures. Over the course of their four-year career the Dwellers have opened for some of their own musical heroes, including Railroad Earth, Greensky Bluegrass, Head for the Hills and Horseshoes and Handgrenades. The music starts at 10 p.m., and there’s a $10 cover at the door. For more information, visit www.vailalehouse.com or www.kitchendwellers.com.
