Registration for the Buddy Werner League, Vail/Beaver Creek, will take place Tuesday, Oct. 13, from 6 to 8 p.m. in Edwards in the Battle Mountain High School cafeteria, located in the east wing of the building, and from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 13, in the cafeteria at Eagle Valley High School in Gypsum. League registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and acceptance to the program is based on a skier’s ability, as well as space available in a group with similar ability. Season rates are $250 per child with a volunteer commitment or $450 without volunteer time.
