Portland, Oregon’s Dirty Revival, a five-piece soul and hip-hop group, is on the road to celebrate the release of its debut, self-titled, full-length album, and the tour makes a stop at Agave in Avon on Tuesday, March 1. Featuring resonating front woman Sarah Clarke, Evan “evv’n’flo” Simko (emcee and guitar), Terry Drysdale (drums), Karl Ludwigsen (keyboards) and Jon Shaw (bass), the quintet delivers a record described by one concertgoer as “Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder, Earth Wind and Fire and Rose Royce all blended up as one.” Every Tuesday during the winter months, Agave presents its Tacos N Tunes night, with cheap tacos, drink specials and free live music.
