Photographic Symposium

On Saturday, July 8, Raymond Bleesz will commence a photographic symposium, a week’s duration, in Esperon, France, in Provence, North of Montpellier at the petite Hameau D'Esperon. The Photography Master Retreat consists of four mentors and the 12 participants. The 12 participants were selected by the four mentors earlier this spring based upon submitted photos, biography, statements of photographic purpose and accomplishments. The purpose of the photo symposium, the retreat is for reflection of one’s photo journey, rethinking one’s photo projects and to refocus on a clearer course. He will be celebrating Bastille Day in France. Bleesz utilizes film and digital cameras in the preferred medium of black and white photography.


Vail Mountain School class of 2019 off to chase the impossible

The graduates of Vail Mountain School’s class of 2019 will be off to far-flung destinations next fall, set to enter college in one of 16 different states or explore the world on a gap year. One grad is even attending college in Canada.
