Pilot’s identity confirmed by coroner in Eagle County crash

EAGLE ” The pilot who died after his plane crashed Tuesday in the Holy Cross Wilderness near Vail, Colorado, has been identified as Michael Loveless of Price, Utah, the Eagle County Coroner’s Office said Friday.
The cause of death was multiple internal injuries due to blunt force trauma, County Coroner Kara Bettis said.
Loveless, whose body was recovered Thursday, was the owner of a vacuum company, Loveless Ash. He was also a bishop for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints at the College of Eastern Utah.
