On Oct. 14-15, the annual lumberjack — and Jill — event returns to Avon for wood chopping, ax throwing, keg tossing and more activities that scream Colorado. Sign up (no experience necessary) or stroll through Nottingham Park in Avon to see the action. Visit

Underground Sound Series

Known as the Love for the Locals series, Underground Sound features seven up-and-coming acts at the Vilar Performing Arts Center at Beaver Creek.
