Police seek Edwards burglar

EDWARDS, Colorado – Police are looking for a suspect who allegedly stole cash from Colorado Mountain College.
The Eagle County Sheriff’s Office responded to a burglary at the college, at 150 Miller Ranch Road, around 8 a.m. Dec. 13, a statement from the Sheriff’s Office said.
A suspect entered the building, possibly from an area under construction, and went into an office, police said. The suspect forced open a safe in the office and removed an undisclosed amount of cash, the statement said.
Surveillance video showed the suspect in the building around 3 a.m. The suspect had been wearing dark-colored clothing and a ski mask. The suspect had also been carrying an unknown tool in hand.

People can also submit tips online at http://www.tipsubmit.com. If a tip leads to the arrest and indictment of any suspect involved, the person who provided it could earn up to $1,000 from Crime Stoppers.
