Police: Traffic stop turns up pot in Eagle

EAGLE, Colorado – A driver in Eagle, Colorado got in trouble for having marijuana in his car, and for driving with a revoked license.

On June 7, police saw a black car make turns onto Fairgrounds Road and into the Eagle Crossing shopping center without using a turn signal.

Police ran the car’s plate and discovered the driver’s license was revoked for an alcohol-related offense.

The driver admitted to having marijuana and a knife in his car. Police found four bags with a total of 1.18 ounces of pot inside. The driver faces charges of driving with a revoked license, possessing marijuana and failing to use a turn signal.
