Professor Ved Nanda, vice provost at the University of Denver, will discuss international law and the role of the UN Security Council in “Bosnia, Rwanda and Dafur: Is there an International obligation to provide protection?” a lecture presented by the Vail Symposium Monday from 6-7 p.m. at the Cordillera Valley Club.
