Prudential Colorado Properties names its top brokers for 2008

EAGLE COUNTY ” Prudential Colorado Properties recently announced its 2008 top producers and 2008 company highlights.
Dave Cole, of Prudential’s Vail Village office, led the company in dollar volume by completing over $26 million in transactions. Cole specializes is residential property in Vail and Beaver Creek. He is a 36-year veteran in Vail Valley real estate, the past five years of which were with Prudential Colorado Properties.
Laurie Slaughter was the 2008 top producer for number of units sold by completing 27 transactions. She services the fast growing communities of Eagle and Gypsum. Slaughter is the managing broker for Prudential’s Eagle and Gypsum offices.

In addition to the performances by these two brokers, the 2008 highlights for Prudential Colorado Properties include maintaining one-third of the market share in residential, commercial and land real estate sales, conducting the largest transaction of the year ” the sale of River Run Condominiums for $31.5 million ” and having the Realtor of the Year, Judy Evans, and the Vail Board of Realtors board chair, Chad Brasington, as members of the company.
Prudential Colorado Properties has 100 brokers, nine sales offices, including a new Vail Village office, a new second Beaver Creek office, and a property management company.
