WOLCOTT, Colorado – Pumpkin Fest will take place from 11 a.m. till 4 p.m. at 4 Eagle Ranch on Saturday.

Admission is $6 per person, which includes a pumpkin and chance to win one of three giant pink pumpkins.

Proceeds from Pumpkin Fest benefit Breast Cancer Research, as October is Breast Cancer Awareness month. This family-centered event celebrates Breast Cancer Awareness month and highlights fall with over 800 pumpkins.

New to Pumpkin Fest this year are pumpkin pie, caramel apples, hot cider and pumpkin beer, along with barbeque favorites and other seasonal delights from 4 Eagle Ranch.

“4 Eagle Ranch loves hosting this event,” said Elly Conklin of 4 Eagle Ranch. “It brings the community out to celebrate pumpkins for a great cause. I love seeing all kids picking out their pumpkin during Pumpkin Fest.”

The festivities begin at 11 a.m. with a haystack maze, pumpkin patch, family portraits for $10, wagon rides and candy grab. The music of Randall McKinnon rocks all day along with great food and full bar. Giant pink pumpkins will be raffled off throughout the event, giving participants three opportunities to win.

“Pumpkin Fest at 4 Eagle Ranch was definitely the most fun that my kids had last fall,” said Nancy Sandberg. “They loved the mini maze and all of the activities. The food was very yummy, too. Mostly my kids loved winning the huge pink pumpkin in the raffle and so did we! The entire neighborhood was envious of our amazing humongous pink pumpkin,” Sandberg said.
