Realtor Hall earns luxury home marketing designation

VAIL — Nate Hall, a broker with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Properties in Vail Village, recently earned The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing’s Million Dollar GUILD recognition for experience, knowledge, and expertise in million-dollar and above residential properties.

Hall is a Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, an exclusive group of real estate professionals who have completed the institute’s training and have a proven performance in the upper-tier market.

“Agents who have earned this designation are performing at the highest level in their community,” said Diane Hartley, president of the institute, in a release. “It takes a superior level of service to be successful and consistently close sales at or above $1 million. We want to recognize this performance, and give these elite professionals the earned distinction that they are the agent of choice for affluent buyers and sellers.”

The specialized training and ongoing membership with the institute provide Hall with the knowledge and tools to better serve affluent clients. The GUILD recognition provides evidence of the successful commitment to service at the highest level. “My clients are like my family. I love what I do and I really enjoy helping with their dreams, goals, and lifestyle. I know that the most important thing with relationships, whether personal or professional, is communication,” said Hall.

Hall has been in real estate since 2012 and specializes in Vail, Beaver Creek, Arrowhead, Cordillera and Edwards real estate. He was most recently recognized for his help in the sale of a home in Vail for $9.8 million.
