Eagle County has produced the best real estate year in history highlighted by the following statistics:

The highest dollar volume with $2,800,249,502 in total sales, including vacant land, residential and commercial properties.

Beaver Creek had the highest total dollar volume among towns and subdivisions with $311,029,400.

The highest number of transactions in a single year with 4,023.

Eagle had the highest number of transactions among towns and subdivisions with 646.

The highest overall average sales price of $696,060.

Bachelor Gulch had the highest average at $2,911,926 per transaction.
