Restorative yoga class is Saturday

AVON — The public is invited to give their body a break from an active Vail Valley summer with a special restorative yoga class at Studio Anjali at The Westin Riverfront on Saturday from 4:30 to 6 p.m.

Attendees will unwind their body and mind into a blissful union of rest, rejuvenation and clarity with this centering practice. Using soft music, a warm room, bolsters and yoga blankets, instructor Tanya Miller guide participants through a series of comfortable yoga poses that will invite healing and calmness.

The class is open to all levels of yogis. Miller, the Studio Anjali yoga leader, has been teaching in the Vail Valley for nearly a decade.

The class is $25 per person. Participants in the Triple Bypass Ride can enjoy the class for just $20 each. Athletic Club at The Westin members can enjoy the program free of charge.
