EAGLE-VAIL — Are you passionate about yoga? Do you want to share your passion for yoga with others? Revolution Power Yoga will host a 200-hour teacher training led by Rachel Nelson that is designed to teach you how to teach others and help you explore and better understand your true self. This program is for new and experienced teachers who are ready to tap into their greatness.

This 200-hour teacher training and certification program will give you the tools, hands-on experience and confidence you need to teach an authentic, powerful and inspiring power vinyasa yoga class, based upon the teachings of Baron Baptiste. This program will focus on all aspects of teaching and living the principles of yoga within a contemporary context and language. The practical skills you will acquire are immediately applicable and you will leave the training ready to teach.

Cheryl Olsen took the training before and described the program as “an enlightening experience guided by an inspiring teacher.”

One weekend a month, from March through September, Nelson — certified Baptitse power vinyasa yoga teacher — will help you gain the tools to teach yoga and deepen your understanding of yourself and your yoga practice.

Nelson holds a 500-hour certification, an acroyoga certification and is certified through the personal development program igolu. She has been teaching since 2005 and she travels alongside Baron Baptiste, assisting his teacher trainings and programs.

She has also spent time on meditation and healing retreats with Deepak Chopra and David Simon, as well as living in Thailand studying Thai massage and other ancient healing arts in depth. Her deep love, passion and continued studies, as well as years of being an athlete, give her great knowledge of the body and its amazing ability to transform and heal.

Through this series, you will learn:
