Eagle-Vail — Have you been making the same New Year’s resolution to lose weight and get healthy year after year with no results? Do you know you need to get fit, but just don’t know where to start? Do you want to look good and feel even better?

Make this year different. Make 2014 the year you lose that extra weight for good with Revolution FIT at Revolution Power Yoga.

This four-part series combines yoga, functional training and nutritional coaching. On four Saturdays in January, starting Jan. 4, you’ll get 75-minutes of sweaty yoga flow, intermixed with heart-pounding, whole body strength training intervals followed by nutritional coaching.

You will learn the “how and why” and discover how to balance and heal through strengthening and stretching and have tons of fun.

“This program is perfect for anyone looking for physical and energetic shifts,” said Ashley Roach, one of the two coaches teaching the series. “These shifts will be attained through movement, discussion, healthy eating and lots of fun.”

Revolution FIT is led by certified Baptiste instructors Roach and Rachel Nelson. Nelson has been teaching yoga for six years and her classes are powerful, playful, challenging, openhearted and will leave you with a deeper sense of purpose and authenticity. Her deep love, passion and continued studies, as well as years of being an athlete, give her great knowledge of the body and its amazing ability to transform and heal.

As well as teaching yoga, Roach is an ACE certified personal trainer and a TPI certified golf fitness instructor.
