EAGLE-VAIL — Beginning Tuesday, Revolution Power Yoga is offering its 40 Days to Personal Revolution program free of charge, with the purchase of a yoga membership and the accompanying book. The week-by-week program will help you strip away stress, worry and old habits in order to find your natural, happy, authentic self.
This program, based on Baron Baptiste’s book of the same name, creates radical change in both body and soul. Throughout 40 days, participants will create a new way of being and living through yoga, meditation, mindful eating, weekly themes, journaling, self-inquiry and group discussions.
This program will deliver results to anyone and everyone, from the seasoned yoga practicer to the beginner.
No program fee
Revolution Power Yoga is offering 40 Days with no program fee and with three flexible weekly meeting options. Participants must commit to practicing at the studio at least four times per week, attending one weekly meeting and purchasing the 40 Days book. If you already have a monthly membership, then you are set, or you can purchase a punch card or sign up for a new membership for $99 per month.
Choose any of the meetings days — Tuesdays at 7:30 p.m., Thursdays at 10 a.m. or Sundays at 4 p.m. — whichever fits your busy schedule. The meetings are flexible, too; come to a different one, or the same day, each week. You will have strong support from the Revolution Power Yoga teachers and community.
Enhance your program experience with two specialty workshops, Deep Hips and Vin/Yin, for an additional fee). Sign up at http://www.revolutionpower yoga.com.
