RockResorts to continue managing Santa Fe property

DENVER – RockResorts International, LLC, a subsidiary of Vail Resorts Inc., supplemented its recent announcement concerning the 157-room La Posada de Santa Fe to clarify that RockResorts, while continuing to manage the Santa Fe, N.M., property under the RockResorts flag, has no joint venture arrangement or equity investment in the property.As previously announced, the ownership of the property changed Friday from Olympus to an ownership group comprised of Trinity Hotel Investors LLC and Glenmont Capital Management LLC. RockResorts will continue to operate the property for the new owners under a management contract through 2014.RockResorts is a subsidiary of Vail Resorts Inc., a publicly held company traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE:MTN). A luxury hotel company based in Denver, RockResorts manages 10 resorts in seven states.The resorts include: The Lodge at Rancho Mirage in Palm Springs, Calif.; Casa Madrona Hotel and Spa in Sausalito, Calif.; The Pines Lodge in Beaver Creek; Keystone Lodge; The Lodge at Vail; La Posada de Santa Fe Resort and Spa in Santa Fe; Cheeca Lodge and Spain Islamorada, Fla.; The Equinox Hotel and Spa in Manchester Village, Vt.; Rosario Resort & Spa on Orcas Island, Wash.; and Snake River Lodge and Spa in Jackson Hole, Wyo.Vail Colorado
