Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Company hosts cooking class on Thursday
VAIL CO, Colorado
Rocky Mountain Olive Oil Company in Edwards will host a cooking class on Thursday night with personal chef Loida Alegre. Learn to make unique and easy recipes using infused and traditional olive oils and balsamic vinegars that you can create at home or at your next dinner party. Attendees will enjoy beer pairings provided by Crazy Mountain Brewery.
“This is a great way to learn how to use olive oil and balsamic vinegars in your everyday cooking, especially by learning easy and quick recipes,” said Rocky Mountain Olive Oil owner Nichole Crisanti.
The menu will include watercress salad with avocado, jicama and orange slices with blood orange olive oil and serrano honey vinegar; grilled veggies with chipotle olive oil and raspberry balsamic vinegar; chicken with tarragon on a bed of basil fettuccini with organic garlic olive oil and Sicilian lemon balsamic vinegar; and fresh figs and blackberries for dessert.
