Romney in Colorado to push McCain

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado – Republicans don’t want all the attention on Barack Obama’s Colorado visit Saturday.

Former Republican Governor Mitt Romney of Massachusetts stumps for John McCain Saturday afternoon in Colorado Springs and the Denver suburb of Greenwood Village. Romney handily carried Colorado during the presidential caucuses and remains popular with Republicans here.

McCain was last in Colorado Oct. 24, when he addressed supporters in Denver. Four days before, his running mate Sarah Palin headlined three rallies for McCain.
