VAIL, Colorado – On July 21, Jim Ruh became chairman of the Vail Symposium. Ruh has served on the Vail Symposium board of directors for a number of years. He practiced law in Denver for over 35 years and is a partner at Innovative Disputes Resolutions LLC, a meditation firm in Santa Barbara, Calif. Ruh takes over this position from Rob LeVine, general manager of the Antlers at Vail.
“The board of the Vail Symposium and all of our patrons want to thank Rob LeVine for his extraordinary and dedicated leadership over the past three years,” Ruh said. “Although Rob has stepped down from the position of board chair, we are thankful that he will remain an active member of the board.”

The Vail Symposium recently expanded their board and welcomed two new members, Jay Huffard, co-founder and manager of Consor Capital LLC, which manages funds that invest in early stage consumer product and consumer technology companies, and Elaine Kelton, president of the Kelton Group.
