Scott Bernard joins Fuller Sotheby’s Edwards office

Scott Bernard

DENVER — Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty has announced Scott Bernard as the newest addition to the Edwards office. Bernard, a longtime Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty broker associate, will continue to work out of the Cherry Creek North location, as well as the Edwards office in order to maximize his Front Range connections with clientele in the Vail Valley.

“Forty percent of Vail Valley property owners have their primary residence along the Front Range,” Bernard said. “My ability to maximize our buying and selling potential across the Front Range and Vail Valley is a unique concept that rarely exists to brokers and affords our clients even greater exposure and service. This is only made possible when a real estate brokerage like Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty has ownership in offices throughout multiple geographic areas.”

Bernard’s experience

A 20-plus-year veteran of the hospitality and housing industries, Bernard has widespread global and local sales knowledge.

His extensive work in the Vail Valley stretches from Vail Cascade Resort & Spa, where he served as a national sales manager, to a business base of relationships with companies like Manor Vail Lodge and Landmark — extensions of the Vail Cascade network.

“Scott Bernard brings an enthusiasm and strong negotiating background that will no doubt produce remarkable opportunities for our clients in Beaver Creek and Vail,” said Dan Fitchett, managing broker of Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty’s Beaver Creek and Edwards office.

Fuller Sotheby’s International Realty has multiple office locations in the Denver metro area. Clients who are interested in buying or selling Vail Valley real estate can contact Scott Bernard at 720-515-5091.
