VAIL – The Vail Town Council will get a recommendation on the redesign of Seibert Circle – the plaza at the top of Bridge Street – at its regular evening meeting at 6 p.m., Tuesday. The proposed concept for the plaza will be available for public review before the meeting, from 5:15 to 6 p.m. at Vail Municipal Building. The recommendation comes from a working group comprised of town council members, Art in Public Places board members, business owners and town staff.Seibert Circle, at the intersection of Bridge Street and Hanson Ranch Road in Vail Village, currently features nine granite sculptures by artist Jesus Moroles. The art board is currently working with Moroles to select an alternate site for the sculptures, which were installed in 1998.
