Seven ways to beautify

” Skip the gym and explore the Rocky Mountains by hiking one of Vail’s fabulous trails.

” Buy fresh veggies from local farmers’ markets on Saturdays and Sundays and you’ll be feeling fresh yourself.

” Sleep under the stars. Take a camping trip and relax with your friends and family around a bonfire. Roughin’ it for a night might get you in touch with your animalistic side.

” Dance! Dancing increases endorphins, which make you happy. Try wiggling your booty at the next Hot Summer Nights concert at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater on Tuesdays.

” Read a book which encourages positivity, such as “The Secret,” by Laura Day or “The Circle,” by Rhonda Byrne. Relaxing by the pool with a good book is a fleeting pastime during Colorado’s short summers.

” Watch the sunset while sipping a cup of Mate tea. Yerba Mate is a native plant to the rainforests of South America and is especially popular in Argentina. It revered as the “drink of the gods” and as a stimulant with natural caffeine and antioxidants.

” Golf is in full swing, find peace of mind by working on your game. Book your tee time and take notice of the exquisite mountain setting.
