AVON, Colorado – Get your body ready for first tracks, mogul runs and long powder days with the new 10-week ski conditioning program at The Riverfront Club at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa in Avon.The 10-week program begins on Monday and is designed to improve strength, balance and coordination using specific exercises related to winter sports. An exercise progression is used over the length of the program, so it is important that participants commit within the first two weeks of the class.•Classes will be held on Mondays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. and Wednesdays from 5:30 to 6:45 p.m. starting on Monday.•Advanced program registration is required – no drop-in available.•Class is $100 for Riverfront Club Alpine Members and $200 for non-members.•Class is included with membership for Riverfront Club Elite Members.For further information or to register for the ski conditioning program, contact Brett Donelson at 970-790-2051 or Riverfront Club also has a limited number of single and family gym memberships now available, with dues starting at $100 per month. Single Membership dues start at $100 per month with a $100 initiation fee. Elite Membership includes everything above, plus a New Leaf Metabolic Testing Mask (a $45 value), unlimited CycleFit, yoga and pilates classes, complimentary access to the Club Ride and Club Run programs and one complimentary personal training session.
