Shaw Center fundraiser is this Sunday
Vail, CO Colorado
EAGLE COUNTY, Colorado – The Shaw Outreach Team, the fund-raising and support group for the Shaw Regional Cancer Center, will host “Father’s and Families Fighting Cancer” June 19 from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Beaver Creek Chophouse. The event will help raise money for the center to buy another tool in its arsenal for cancer survival – a digital tissue analyzer.
Reserve a table for your family for Father’s Day lunch and the Chophouse will donate all proceeds directly to the tissue analyzer fund. The full lunch menu will be offered and patio seating will be available, weather permitting.
After lunch families can enjoy a vintage auto display, bocce, mini golf, scaling the climbing wall and bouncing on the bungee trampoline. All fathers will receive a free chocolate cigar from Rimini Gelato and be entered into a free drawing for a round of golf for four at the Beaver Creek Golf Course.
Reservations are available at the Chophouse by calling 970-845-0555. For more information on the fundraiser visit http://www.vvmc.com and click on news and events.
