Signature shows bring star performers for dance fest
VAIL – On Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m., the Vail International Dance Festival brings a cast of stellar dance artists from around the world to the stage in the Festival’s signature International Evenings of Dance I and II. Anticipated performers to include: Misty Copeland, American Ballet Theatre; Isabella Boylston, American Ballet Theatre; Herman Cornejo, American Ballet Theatre; Tiler Peck, New York City Ballet; Sara Mearns, New York City Ballet; Yuan Yuan Tan, San Francisco Ballet; Bill Irwin, actor and entertainer; Ron “Prime Tyme” Myles and Charles “Lil Buck” Riley. International Evenings of Dance I and II will take place at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater in Vail.
Lawn Seating at the Gerald R. Ford Amphitheater is $20. Children 12 and under are free on the lawn when accompanied by an adult. Students 13-18 years of age may purchase lawn tickets for $10.
