VAIL — Aria Athletic Club & Spa will host its annual six-week Spring into Summer Fitness Challenge from Monday through Monday, May 30. This challenge was designed to get your mind, body and spirit in tune, and anyone can participate. It’s free for members and $89 per month for nonmembers, which includes a free personal training session for new members.

For each minute you work out at Aria, you receive a point; the goal is to earn 1,600 points by May 30. The first 50 participants to reach the goal of 1,600 points will be entered into a drawing to win one of many prizes, including free month memberships, spa treatments, personal training sessions, an overnight stay at The Gant Hotel in Aspen, tickets to Bravo! Vail concerts and more.

Measure your results with a Biospace Body Composition test at the beginning and the end of the challenge for $5 each test, and the person with the greatest loss of body fat percentage also will win a prize.

Aria’s remodel is scheduled to begin this summer, and the club and spa will remain open during the remodel. The scope of the project will include new group fitness studios, personal training studios, cardio and strength equipment, indoor rock climbing wall, member lounge, spin studio, juice bar and more. The work is scheduled to be completed by January.
