Slifer Beaver Creek office creates new team
BEAVER CREEK — Julie Heaton, a 16-year Vail Valley resident and former Stewart Title Marketing Director, has joined Tony O’Brien and Slifer Smith & Frampton, creating a new real estate partnership in the Vail Valley.
Heaton’s 13 years of marketing experience, added to O’Brien’s 25 years of Beaver Creek real estate experience, creates an increased service level for clients and prospective home buyers. Local property owners and prospective clients will have the expertise of two Realtors for the price of one when they choose O’Brien and Heaton for specialty listing and selling across the Vail Valley.
Heaton moved from Tulsa, Okla., to Vail in 1999 after attending Oklahoma State University. She obtained her real estate license in 2001, before accepting the job at Stewart Title. Not only does she have expertise in sales and marketing, but has also assisted with hundreds of real estate closings, learning invaluable information about every potential complexity in the real estate transaction.
“I am very excited to combine my marketing knowledge with Tony’s broker experience and create an unparalleled level of service for our clients throughout the Vail Valley,” said Heaton. “There is nowhere else in the county that buyers or sellers will feel more supported than with us and the tremendous brand of Slifer Smith and Frampton Real Estate. We are looking forward to showcasing our 40 years of combined experience in the community that we both love.”
O’Brien and Heaton’s offices are located in the Park Hyatt in Beaver Creek. O’Brien can be reached at 970-471-0652 or by email at email@example.com. Heaton can be contacted at 970-470-3534 or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
