Slifer marks new milestones in 2004
VAIL – Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, Eagle County’s largest real estate firm, reported setting a company record for real estate sales this year.The firm said it had over $1.16 billion in new business for its fiscal year that ended Sept. 30. The company also said it closed over $880 million in contracts, the second best year on record.This year’s top producer for the company was Kathy Iverson, from the Arrowhead Sales Center. Iverson has been named SSF’s Top Producer eight times, the only SSF agent to accomplish the feat. This is the sixth consecutive year Iverson has won this honor. Fiscal Year 2004 was her best year with over $132 million in closed sales. She also received honors as Listor of the Year and as Arrowhead’s Top Producer.Iverson began her real estate career in 1987 and joined SSF as a member of the Arrowhead team in 1990. She and her husband of 30 years, Ron, call Arrowhead home and have three grown children, Katy, Matt and Billy, and two grandchildren, Gracie and Annika. Her accomplishments can be attributed to her natural skills as a sales person and her passion for what she does, company officials said. Iverson focuses on providing top notch customer service and meeting her client’s needs for each and every transaction, they said.”Entertaining clients and sharing all the beauty of the Vail Valley is what I love the most about my job,” Iverson said. She credits her full-time assistant, Kim Bradley, and her family and the real estate company with its resources for her success.Iverson also volunteers.
