Snow in Vail’s forecast for next few days
VAIL — Forecasters are calling for snow in Vail on Wednesday and Friday.
For Wednesday, Vail is under a winter weather advisory until midnight Wednesday. Accumulation of 4 to 8 inches is expected at higher elevations in the Vail area, with 2 to 4 inches in lower elevations.
After a break Thursday, snow is expected to return Friday, continuing through Friday night.
“Saturday morning should be a fantastic powder day with the snow report likely showing near or over 10 inches,” said Joel Gratz of opensnow.com.
