Snowbird: Final weekend for skiing
SALT LAKE CITY – Snowbird says it’s opening up the mountain for a final weekend of skiing.
The resort says there’s enough snow left at higher elevations.
It will make for 189 days of skiing this season at the Wasatch resort just east of Salt Lake City.
Lift tickets cost $49.
Resort President Bob Bonar says Sunday will bring an opportunity for dads to carve some turns on Father’s Day.
Snowbird will take skiers up the 50-passenger tram for skiing on one expert slope called Regulator Johnson.
