Special to the DailySnowmass police say they are looking for this man in connection with two girls' claims the were flashed Saturday night in a parking lot at the resort.

SNOWMASS VILLAGE, Colorado ” Snowmass police are seeking information on a man who allegedly exposed himself to three girls in a parking lot Saturday.

The girls, ages 15 and 16, were in Lot 8 near the Snowmass Village mall at about 11 p.m. when the man allegedly approached their car and dropped his pants.

The man didn’t say anything, the girls reported, and the girls drove away, according to Police Chief Art Smythe.

The girls then returned to the parking lot and again saw the man with his pants still lowered, Smythe said. One of the girls snapped the man’s photo with a digital camera and then called police.

Snowmass Village officers searched the area and did not find the man.

On Tuesday, Smythe released the photo of the alleged flasher in the hopes of getting more information about the man.

“It’s troubling behavior and very unusual for us,” Smythe said.

If caught, the man could face a misdemeanor charge of indecent exposure, according to Smythe.

Smythe urged anyone with information about the alleged incident or who might know the man in the photo to contact Snowmass police at 923-5330.
