Special pops concert added to Bravo! schedule
Vail In honor of Independence Day, the Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival has added a pops evening to the schedule for July 3. The Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, led by conductor Jeff Tyzik, will play popular favorites from the world of jazz, big bands and Broadway, and the performacne will also include works from “Man from La Mancha,” “West Side Story,” “Camelot,” “How the West Was Won,” “Silverado,” “Dances With Wolves” and other American favorites.
The concert will be performed without intermission, and tickets are available at special pricing: $10 for the lawn, $30 for regular reserved and $40 for premium reserved. Bravo! Vail Valley Music Festival presents another summer of classical music featuring the Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, Dallas Symphony Orchestra and the New York Philharmonic June 28 through Aug. 3.
