Spiritual Cinema in Edwards Friday

EDWARDS, Colorado ” Catherine Zeeb, owner of Bohemian Wisdom, is presenting Spiritual Cinema Friday, at 7 p.m. at CMC in Edwards in room 204. This is the first of four movie nights, taking place on the last Friday of each coming month. There will be approximately an hour worth of movies with a short discussion on the movies to follow for those who would like to stay. This is a free event with a suggested donation of a canned good or unopened food product to be donated to a local charity.

“This has been a dream of mine to offer Spiritual Cinema to the community for a long time. I’m very excited to begin this journey of creating spiritual community in the Vail Valley,” Zeeb said. “The movies that will be shown will inspire each person to consider how they are in the world, how much they love, how they treat others and how to look within.”

Spiritual Cinema movies are entertaining films that inspire love and compassion, films that connect people to the world around them. The movies may be full-length, both dramas and comedies, short films and documentaries on mind-opening subjects.

This event will be a combination of 8- to 20-minute short films by worldwide filmmakers. There are many different subjects but all have a common element: nourishment for the heart and soul.

“These movies inspire wonder, insight, deep feeling and transcendence. Above all, they make you feel better about being a human being,” Zeeb said.
