VAIL, Colorado – The seventh annual SteamMaster Golf tournament gave $20,565.84 to its beneficiaries. Recipients of this year’s event were Vail Valley Charitable Fund, Minturn Community Fund-Family Emergency Fund, Vail Symposium and the Matthews Family Education Fund.

The golf tournament was founded and organized by SteamMaster Restoration and Cleaning in memory of Kim Matthews, their marketing director, who passed away of cancer in May 2005.

The event had 34 teams in attendance and was held Sept. 30 at the Fazio Course in Red Sky Ranch in Wolcott.

“SteamMaster has raised over $277,384.00 over the last seven tournaments,” said Tournament Administrator Raj Manickam. “Each year we rotate two out of the four beneficiaries to include new nonprofits and charitable organizations.”
