EAGLE COUNTY — The time for mail voting is past. If you want to vote in this year’s election, you’ll have to do it in person. Here’s some last-minute information:

• Locations: Ballots can be dropped off at Eagle County Clerk and Recorder offices in Avon, Eagle and El Jebel. Ballot drop-off is also available at Vail Town Hall. Ballots can be dropped off between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

Vail is a ballot-drop-only location, but other services are available at clerk’s offices, including:

• Last-minute registration. Yes, you can register and vote on the same day. Those ballots, though, will have to be verified.

• Ballot replacement and pick-up.

• Disabled access voting.

• Spanish-language assistance.

Election results will be updated throughout the evening via the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder’s Twitter account. Preliminary results should be posted by midnight or so.

To learn more, call the clerk’s office at 970-328-8715.
