Suspects seen leaving Edwards school

EDWARDS, Colorado – Deputies were dispatched to Edwards Elementary School after the alarm went off, Sunday.

After canvassing the area a deputy approached three individuals near the school. The witnesses said they saw two people leaving the building after the alarm sounded. They said the men were carrying a white object.

Deputies found an unsecured door and what appeared to be tool marks in the area of the door latch. Deputies were unable to determine if anything was taken from the school. The principal of the school was called.



There are no leads in this case.
