VAIL, Colorado Thirty eight local restaurants will participate this year in the annual food and wine festival, Taste of Vail, in Vail, Colorado. From Wednesday through April 4, local chefs and restaurateurs will be an integral part of the festival as they partner with wineries for special dinners, participate in the Lamb Cook-Off, send their bartenders to compete in the Bar Chefs Mix-Off and bring the festival to a grand finale with the Grand Tasting and Dinner Dance on Saturday night, among other special events.In its 19th year, Taste of Vail is the nations premier spring food and wine festival, held at several venues throughout Vail.
